The penthouse total area is 200 sq.m., it is located on the second and third floor of a 3-storey building. On the first level of the apartment there are 4 bedrooms , hall and 3 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has access to terrace.
On the upper level there are living/dining room with a big table for 8 persons, kitchen and huge sea view terrace. All bedrooms and dining room are equipped with smart TVs.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with modern appliances, air-conditioning system, high-speed Internet access, IP multilingual television.
